Build With Quality
Uganda pilot

Help shape Build With Quality around how residential construction actually works in Uganda.

The pilot covers contractors/site teams, hardware stores, project customers and the Archive safety layer. It tests each app standalone and the controlled collaboration between them.

Who the pilot is for

  • Residential contractors, engineers and relevant site staff
  • Hardware stores supplying residential projects
  • Project customers and people they deliberately involve
  • Users responsible for safe long-term project retention

What we are testing

  • Whether daily workflows are fast and understandable
  • Whether the bounded role/seat model fits real responsibility distribution
  • Whether the Customer has the right oversight and decision authority rather than contractor-style permissions
  • Whether users understand what external information they are accepting and where it came from
  • Whether local/offline use remains practical when another participant is unavailable or not using BWQ

What good feedback looks like

Tell us what happened in the real workflow, especially where Uganda practice differs from the current design.

“I could not record this.”

What happened on site, at the hardware store or between project participants?

“The role/seat flow is wrong.”

Who needed access, what responsibility did they have, and who should have remained in control?

“I cannot tell where this came from.”

Point out where provenance, revision, acceptance or authority is unclear.

How to send feedback

Signed-in pilot users can send feedback through Support. Choose Pilot feedback and describe the real situation rather than only the screen.

What BWQ is trying to prove

That practical local-first apps can improve residential construction without forcing everyone into one cloud system: each participant keeps authoritative local records, collaboration adds traceable information, and Platform stays outside normal operational construction data.

Commercial validation boundary

The current public MVP/pilot is free. Exact future pricing and final included-seat allowances are deliberately not published while the role distribution and commercial model are still being validated.
